Talking Trash

The City of Raleigh Waste reached out to the Board of Directors on June 28th, reporting 5 residents that left their trash carts at the street past the Saturday 7pm deadline. Please be careful, they are enforcing with fines.

All 5 emails for each address read:

"I am contacting you regarding, trash carts at the curb. Trash carts are not to be at the front curb, pass the day after collection. Please move all carts to a location not visible from the public right- of- way. Please move all carts behind the home or into the garage by Saturday evening by 7PM. No trash carts should be seen Mon-Thursday, unless after noon day on Thursday for Friday SWS collection. Missed collection call 919-996-3245. Owners are responsible for informing their tenants of all the above collection practices. Every owner and every occupant or other person in control of any building or land in the City, including vacant property, must keep the same in a clean and orderly condition Please note I am attaching this notice along with education informational guidelines.
