Princess Curry Way Update

We have had several complaints spanning between April 8, 2021 - June 26, 2021, from residents that live on Princess Curry Way regarding parking, having issues getting into and out of their driveways safety.

Mid May 2021 this letter was sent to all Residents who live on Princess Curry Way.

It was written along with the help of City of Raleigh Parking Transportation Analyst / Transportation Department / Parking Division.

During the 2021 Annual Board Meeting, it was brought to the Board's attention, that residents are still parking on the street and residents are still having issues getting into and out of their driveways safely. So the Board reached out to the City of Raleigh Parking Division once more.

This is the response we received:

I spoke with the Parking Manager about this issue and while we are absolutely on the same page about there being no legal parking on the roadway, he wants to take this request to City Council for final decision. While this is a longer process staff feels it will provide your community with the best long term solution. Due to Council’s Summer Break the earliest Council date I have for this is the 09/21/21. If something changes between now and then and I can push it up I will let you know. Please let me know if you have any questions.
