Open Forum:
1. Stormwater Management Updates:
Currently we have 2 Rip Raps we pay to be maintained by Triangle Pond Management. Kristy (President) and Carole (Kohn-Ell) are working with them on a quote for adding the retention pond on Lady Rita Lane. First quote came in too high. Waiting for revised quote. We have one Rip Rap on Lord Mario Court that will need to be added soon.
2. Swales Management Updates:
Currently we have 4 swales. We have to make sure they are in compliance with the city of Raleigh so they can pass yearly inspections. One Swale is causing a lot of issues. Carole and Brandis (Kohn-Ell), along with Kristy (President) are working to get it resolved.
3.CAC’s shut down by city council unexpectedly.
4. Kristy (President) met with Sandra Cinanni (Raleigh Police Department, Southeast Community Squad) and spoke about how to keep the Police Department and the Neighborhood Connected. Kristy (President) will keep Cinanni informed of all upcoming board meetings and events, so that she may attend. Her contact information will be added to the website and she will be allowed to join the Community Facebook group.
