Called to Order:

The meeting was called to order by: Kohn-Ell Community Association President Mike Ellis.

Board members present:

Ken Tyson (President), Noverlys Nina (Secretary), Theresa Swindell (Treasurer), and Blanchie Hubbard (Member at Large)

Election of Officers:
Vacancies on the Board of Directions are:
President and Vice-President
Candidate: Kristy Payne ran for President or Vice-President - # of votes 3.
Position taken will be decided at the Organization Meeting.

Guest Speaker:

Mike Ellis (Kohn-Ell) spoke about the different roles of the Property Management Company and the HOA Board of Directors. Note: this information is located in the By laws and the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.

Open Forum:

1. Homeowners spoke concerning agenda and non-agenda items.
2. Lights and flowers/landscaping on entrance sign.
3. Speed limit and children at play signs, speed bumps.
4. Walk throughs to make sure homeowners are following rules i.e. landscaping and maintenance.
5. Parking, Trash/Recycling storage, grass/weed, toy equipment, porch violations.
6. Creation of Volunteer committees such as:
7. Architectural and Property Standards (lawn/home maintenance)

Next Board Meeting:

The next Board meeting will be an Organizational meeting held within 30 days.
